I found the recipe off of a blog I follow, A Year of Slow Cooking. This is so easy to make and it smells so good as it's cooking!!!! I highly recommend it :)

YUM! Crockpot cooking is the best...so easy and the house smells like you were slaving all day cooking. Watch out I am following you! LOL.
